The Breton seaside resort offers 8km of fine sandy beaches sheltered by dunes. An ideal playground for children, the Grande Plage de Damgan is also great for swimming and relaxing in the sun.
At Penerf, take advantage of low tide to collect shellfish and crustaceans during a day's fishing on foot.
To discover Damgan and the surrounding area, get on your bike and set off along the cycle paths that criss-cross the Rhuys peninsula. For walkers, there are numerous footpaths and coastal paths between the countryside and the seaside.

From Damgan, 10 km of seafront link Kervoyal to Penerf. Mountain bikers can take several routes.

Fishing in Damgan

Damgan markets
All year round, on Saturday mornings, the market offers local produce and brings together local producers and traders from the region. You can sample and fill your shopping bag with gastronomic and craft products from Brittany.
Tuesday market
From July to August, Tuesday is also market day from 8am to 1pm.
Wednesday night market
In summer (July and August), this seasonal craft market is held from 5pm to 11pm every Wednesday on rue de la plage in Damgan.
